To whom it may concern

At the time of our new home purchase contract we were referred to a specialist, Derek Egeberg in Yuma Arizona. We were in hopes that we could comfortably seek out the best program and interest rates offered in today's market from several institutions for comparison before settling in on any one particular loan.

We are self employed and had a former home on the market and at the time Yuma had entered a slump in real-estate, homes were not selling as quickly as they had been so we knew we would be facing two mortgages for a while

Because of my commitment to my family and my career (teaching 25+ years), I have had very little time and money to spend on the upkeep of my single-family home.
