Items Required to Approve a 10 Day Mortgage
These items must be brought to the application appointment and approved by the Branch Manager to be eligible for a 10-Day-Mortgage.
Last 30 days paystubs for all borrowers showing stable income
Last 2 years complete tax returns with all schedules, W-2's, 1099's
Last 2 months bank statements for all accounts with all pages
Must show funds to close in account with no undocumented deposits
Full residency history of all addresses for the last 2 years (landlords name and phone number also)
Full work history with all addresses and phone number for the last 2 years.
Must have no employment gaps
Photo ID and Social Security Cards for all borrowers
We will need proof the Earnest Deposit has Cleared
The tax returns must be validated by the IRS. We will have the borrower sign the 4506-t form and send to the IRS. This must come back matching exactly what the borrower provided for tax returns.
Appraisal of the purchase property must come back with acceptable value, comparable sales and no repair items.
*$500 fee will apply to all 10-Day-Mortgages
